My Review ❈❈❈❈

What a great start to a new series! I loved Sloane from the start – she’s not your average, boring teenage girl. She’s got purple hair, an eccentric wardrobe, and a curvy body that she totally owns! She loves a good horror movie and is a very inquisitive reporter, but the best part is her take-no-crap-from-anybody attitude! She can go from sweet to sassy whenever the situation requires it. And the extra-smoking, extraterrestrial Hayden really brings out her sass! If all aliens are built like Hayden, then bring on the probing! (I had to say it!) But like most swoon-worthy paranormal hotties, he’s a huge pain in the butt. I love the brewing, steamy romance that buds between them despite all the friction! As if he’s not enough trouble on his own, he comes attached to an alien brood that immediately seems to hate Sloan. And then there’s the problem of the government finding out about their little budding friendship, that can’t be a good thing. Needless to say, there is plenty of action, including some “HOLY CRAP” moments that’ll having you soaring through this book in no time! Hopefully we won’t be waiting too long for a sequel…
