Valentine's Day Giveaway!!
I would like to honor four ladies who really know how to write addicting and fascinating love stories! You know, stories with a hunky fella that makes your heart melt and your knees weak! You may have spoken with these ladies during the Young Adult Chicks Chat on Facebook a few months ago - look for another chat coming soon! Let me introduce you, then we will get on with the giveaway!
Amy A. Bartol
I live in Michigan with my husband and our two sons. My family is very supportive of my writing. When I’m writing, they often bring me the take-out menu so that I can call and order them dinner. They listen patiently when I talk about my characters like they’re real. They rarely roll their eyes when I tell them I’ll only be a second while I finish writing a chapter…and then they take off their coats. They ask me how the story is going when I surface after living for hours in a world of my own making. They have learned to accept my “writing uniform” consisting of a slightly unflattering pink fleece jacket, t-shirt, and black yoga pants. And they smile at my nerdy bookishness whenever I try to explain urban fantasy to them. In short, they get me, so they are perfect and I am blessed.

Shelly Crane
Shelly is a New York
Times & USA Today bestselling author from a small town in Georgia and loves
everything about the south. She is wife to a fantastical husband and stay at
home mom to two boisterous and mischievous boys who keep her on her toes. They
currently reside in scorching North Florida. She loves to spend time with her
family, binge on candy corn, go out to eat at new restaurants, buy paperbacks
at little bookstores, sight-see in the new areas they travel to, listen to
music everywhere and also LOVES to read.
Her own books happen
by accident and she revels in the writing and imagination process. She doesn't
go anywhere without her notepad for fear of an idea creeping up and not being
able to write it down immediately, even in the middle of the night, when her
best ideas are born.

Lila Felix
Lila Felix made the decision to write a
book after being encouraged by friends. She is a stay at home mom to three wild
children and three boisterous dogs and her high school sweetheart husband
encourages her daily. Between writing books, she loves to read and watch sappy
80's movies. Favorite things: ice cream, anything purple, roller derby and any
kind of music she can get her hands on. If you're looking for her, try looking
in the swamp, she's probably duct taping something under the shade of a Cypress
tree.
Jamie
Magee has always believed that each of us have a defining gift that sets us
apart from the rest of the world, she has always envied those who have known
from their first breath what their gift was. Not knowing hers, she began a
career in the fast paced world of business. Raising a young family, and
competing to rise higher in that field would drive some to the point of
insanity, but she always found a moment of escape in a passing daydream. Her
imagination would take her to places she’d never been, introduce her to people
she’s never known. Insight, her debuting novel, is a result of that powerful
imagination. Today, she is grateful that not knowing what defined her, led her
on a path of discovery that would always be a part of her.
